Professionalism & Communication
We truly cannot recommend Lynn highly enough. After working with many realtors in various locations (several in Los Angeles) over the years, it’s no exaggeration to say Lynn was the most professional, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable real estate agent we’ve ever worked with. Lynn is truly focused on her clients, and ready to offer a different perspective and insight when it benefits you. She went above and beyond for us, doing tasks outside her work description that most realtors would not bother with. Whenever we had a question, she was readily available and offered great advice. None of our concerns went unaddressed.
Lynn is very personable, easy to talk to, energetic, and clearly knows her business after being in it for many years. She also is very knowledgeable with the Los Angeles real estate market and the various neighborhoods here. She represented us as buyers for a home that looked wonderful at first. Because of her knowledge and insight, and most of all her honesty, she helped our inspector find a significant detractor to buying the home, even when it was in her interest for the house to close. The inspector probably would not have found it without her help, and it was found because she went beyond her work description. Throughout the process, she was always most of all concerned about what was best for us, not her own bottom line. When we made the difficult decision that the negative inspection findings were significant enough for us to walk away after almost two weeks in escrow and many hours of her valuable time poured into helping us with the process, she was only gracious and understanding. She was immediately ready to continue helping us as needed in finding another home in this daunting LA real estate market.
If you’re looking for a realtor to help you with your next real estate transaction, you will not go wrong with Lynn on your side. Her number one priority is her clients, and making sure they get what’s best for them. It’s clearly an important goal for her that her clients make informed decisions, and her knowledge in the field along with her honesty ensures that will happen.
She also has a lot of valuable resources to make the process easier.
We will definitely work with Lynn again if we decide to pursue another property. I’m positive she’s just as excellent when representing a seller. We cannot express in words how grateful we are to have had Lynn represent us, and it would be a great privilege having her work for us again.

Lynn was AMAZING!!! In the past 3 years, we've bought and sold homes and she was the best agent we've work with. She was knowledgeable, patient and very accommodating to our schedules. - I've worked with Lynn for over 8 years on a variety of projects: multi-family, income property, flips, and finally a SFR. She has been on the ball with her communication and responds quickly to my requests via text, email, and phone. She's passed me off market listings along with identifying properties that are about to go live on the MLS giving me the jump on the rest of the market. Her availability has been excellent. She has stood in for me as the buyer for many home inspections. I've never had problems coordinating with her to view properties. Lynn's knowledge of the South Bay has been critical to me being able to focus my searches in areas that satisfy my criteria. She has also provided a plethora of sound advice during negotiations, timing, the loan process, inspectors, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend her services for a personal and pleasant experience and I will be selling my current home with her also in about a year.

- Jan. 11th, 2016 I was introduced to Lynn O’Donnell as I searched for a Realtor to sell my Long Beach 12 units commercial property in 2015. Lynn presented a market research on the sales comparable to my property and a sound marketing plan. I immediately felt at ease and was also impressed by her knowledge of the local real estate market. I felt no pressure to make decision that I might be uncomfortable with. As a result of her fantastic work, I received multiple offers, many with excellent terms. However, my property condition presented an unexpected management challenges just before closing the sale. I lived hundred miles away. Lynn patiently and persistently worked through all the issues on my behalf, including ‘immediately’ securing, evaluating, and monitoring a contractor plus his engineer and architect team required for the urgent repairs. I was relieved from the need to travel to my property for she gave me invaluable briefings on all repair activities, while also stayed connected with the buyer’s agent regarding the construction status. Coordinating with my property manager, the 5 months construction work posted no obstacles to my rental income collection. I felt so fortunate that I was able to totally depend on her to finalize the sale 6 months after the escrow became pending. It was a long and sometimes frustrating escrow process, Lynn’s dedication to see the sales completed made my experience extremely positive. Honestly speaking, I am not sure what I would have done without her tremendous effort. Her willingness to go the extra miles on an event that was very difficult for me to attend to personally and happened in a split second, made all the difference to a situation that potentially could have big impact on my property management, not just for completing the sale. - We were looking for a house in Torrance, and Lynn committed to showing us many. But then she also showed us one in Redondo. We'd not thought of that, as all "beach" cities seemed out of our price range. But there was a slight market dip at the time, and Lynn found us just the right place, in a friendly neighborhood. In hte process of it all, Lynn became a friend, and we keep in contact meeting up over a meal now and then. We will always appreciate how tirelessly she worked for us on this purchase, and the fact that for her it wasn't about the money. She was genuinely interested in helping us find what we wanted.

I had to stay in my house until school ends, but wanted to sell earlier so I could get my equity out. She created several possible timelines and presented me with the best option. She marketed the house so well that the open house attracted over 50 visitors. Within days, I had 10 offers, and the buyers were willing to rent my house back to me through the end of the school year.
